Lubor Fiedler marketed this as "the Lubor Die" before Ken obtained the rights from him. Ken's rights to the trick do not prevent Lubor from selling it to other companies. Lubor has a working relationship with Tenyo that covers this and other products.
Gozinta Boxes were marketed by Ken Brooks in the 70's. Tenyo is a rip off unless they bought the rights from Ken's estate.
