This item was released "with" permission from Juan Mayoral. In addition, Joe Stevens negotiated with Franco American Novelty, on Juan's behalf. An up front, a fee was paid to Juan for the distribution of this product from Franco. Joe Stevens received "no" enumeration from this transaction and acted only in an effort to provide compensation for Juan (the creator).
Glen Schlckner (not sure of spelling of last name) was the Marketing Director at Franco American at that time.
Sadly, about 6 months later, other versions appeared on the market.
