"Let it be known that Viking Mfg. Co. and Collectors' Workshop have never authorized Magic Makers or any other company to manufacture any of its product line for distribution to the public. Viking/CW have paid for the manufacturing rights to all items not originated by us. We certainly do not condone the flagrant copying of proprietary items as is being experienced today."
